The Pathways to Quantum Computing Summer School is a seminar series with hands-on activities designed to increase student understanding of quantum computing and quantum high-performance computing (QHPC). The school will introduce students to current quantum computing technologies, hybrid quantum-classical workflows, software ecosystems, and scientific applications being developed within the Quantum Science Center (QSC).

Who May Attend

Students, postdocs, faculty and ORNL staff interested in quantum computing, quantum materials, AI, and HPC are welcome to participate.

Participants must be on-site at ORNL and must:

  • Have active ORNL site access (PAS)
  • Have the Quantum Computing context enabled on their PAS

Please contact your mentor or administrative support staff if you are unsure whether your PAS includes the required Quantum Computing context.

PQCIP internship fellows will receive preference for in-person seating. Overflow participation will be supported through Zoom when available.
